How to choose the right size — 3 rules
An ill-fitting diaper causes leaks regardless of absorbency. Always size by weight, not age — growth rates vary widely between babies. When between sizes, go larger.
Weigh first, choose second
Weigh your baby on a regular basis and update diaper size accordingly. Weight is the only reliable indicator.
The two-finger test
You should be able to fit two fingers under the waistband. Too tight = friction rash. Too loose = leakage.
Check the wetness indicator
Shris diapers have a yellow-to-blue stripe indicator. Blue = time to change. Aim to change every 3–4 hours.
